One of the better hotels I have ever stayed at in Ocean City! Very, very clean! Parking was GREAT! The view from the balcony was beautiful! The room I stayed in was perfect for my little family! The Beach is literally a walk across the boardwalk which was SUPER convenient! The staff was friendly also. The pool was nice and clean and a bonus there is a restaurant connected to the pool so pool side drinks and food were available with no problem! I don't have anything bad to say about this stay at all! I would recommend this hotel to anyone! They get 5 stars from me!

Our first time here, but it will definitely be our first choice for future visits to OC. Location is awesome with easy front door access to the boardwalk, nice pool in back with a convenient window to Wild Bill's for drinks. Clean, well-kept building and grounds with friendly (non foreign) staff as the same family has owned the building for nearly a century I believe. Nice private parking lot next to building too.

Our stay here was great! The staff is awesome, the access to the boardwalk is awesome. The only negative thing, was that we had an end room next to the deck and they told us it was a quiet room. This door to outside slams so loud and shakes the room and people are going in and out way past 3am in the morning. They should change the type of door or put a sticky pad on the frame to soften the closing of the door. In general the outer doors to the room also are extremely loud and slam, could also use something on the frame to soften the closing of the door.

Live locally, but wanted a place to stay during an Ocean City festival. Amazingly surprised by wonderful customer service, From the front desk to the maintenance man and housekeeping all were top-notch. While an old hotel, truly a vintage experience kept super clean and customer friendly! You will not be sorry to stay here unless you have difficulty climbing stairs multiple times a day. There is a staff run vintage elevator, which will move you and your stuff floor floor. Just be prepared to find a staff member and wait when it is busy.

Tomorrow is our last day here, my family has been coming here for years. I thought I'd give the hotel a well deserved review. I give them 5 stars, but they actually should get more. Star (housekeeping) was extremely attentive, personable, prepared and very knowledgeable. Joanne ( front desk) was highly knowledgeable, friendly and so personable. She was telling me about an artist, named Joanne also, that comes in on Wednesdays for the young children staying at hotel, and some of the history of the hotel. In addition, I'd met other employees of the Atlantic Hotel who were equally as polite and professional. I gladly give them a 5 rating. The service here is top notch! The staff is friendly and super helpful. Located right on the boardwalk it's perfect! Couldn't be at a better spot for music festivals. I have already booked for next year. Can't wait to stay here again.

Overall a great experience. The hotel staff were always extremely pleasant, helpful, and direct. The only complaint I have is the carpets in the rooms desperately need shampooed or replaced entirely. We had 3 rooms for our group and every carpet needed deep cleaning or replacement. Now to be clear this is not on the staff, you tell the rooms were cleaned and vacuumed but the replacement is needed based on the carpets age and condition.

This place had an old world charm with impeccably clean rooms. The staff were very nice. We spent most of the weekend on their large veranda overlooking the sea in rocking chairs.
